Shay and Echo Anderson joined the Park Church team in April 2018. Originally from Saskatchewan, they began their family and ministry in Lloydminster. In 2014, they moved to Medicine Hat, AB where they both served at the First Assembly of God Church; Shay as the Family Pastor and Echo as a worship leader. Together they have three children, Jeremiah, Isabelle and Emmanuella.

Jonathan is a graduate of Vanguard College (B.A in Theology with a Music Major) and has served at The Park for 11 years. Jon has been leading worship for 20 years and is passionate about seeing people rise to their full potential in Christ. He believes that worship is not confined to music and singing on a Sunday morning and involves every part of our lives. Jon has also played guitar for many different artists (including Worship Central, The Voyage, Brooke Ligertwood, Cody Carnes, Taya Smith, Amanda Cook, Tim Hughes, among others. Jon also has released his own music (The Analog Dream). Jonathan and his wife Meredith are passionate about serving God and the church, and love journeying alongside people in their walk with Christ.

Carter and his wife Shelley have been married for 4 years. They are both from Red Deer and joined the Park Church team in 2022. Carter has a passion for students to grow in their relationship with Jesus. Own and develop their faith and flourish in their lives. Recently Carter has taken up Marathon running. Ask him to go for a run and try and keep up.

Kayla and her husband Matt joined the team here at The Park Church in April 2022. Kayla graduated from Vanguard Bible College in 2018 with her B.Th (Children and Family Ministries) and is passionate about seeing kids grow in connection with friends, leaders, and most importantly, Jesus.

Amy has worked in Kids Ministry at The Park Church for 3 years. She is a graduate of the U of A & Grant MacEwan. In addition to being a substitute teacher with EIPS she is currently filling in for Pastor Kayla in Children's Ministry and will be married this Fall.

Shawna is a mom to 4 children: Jesse, Emma, Jonathan & Lilian. Her husband Jay has serve on The Park Board for 6 years. They are involved with small groups and Homebuilders ministry.

In addition to coordinating Playradise, Shawna will be giving leadership to the preschool ministry during Pastor Kayla's maternity leave.

Cindy joined the team at TPC in January 2015.  Originally from Newfoundland, Cindy and husband, Graham made Alberta home in the early '80s.  She has been actively involved in many areas of the local church, throughout the years and is delighted to utilize her administrative gifts at the Park Church.

Piper is a third-year Vanguard student pursuing her calling in youth and children ministries. She loves days at the lake, longboarding and going on walks. Since working here, she has also gained the nickname “Pipes” from Pastor Kayla.

Arnel brings his exceptional skills and expertise to the role of Production Lead at the Park Chuch. With his passion for music, technical know-how, and commitment to excellence, Arnel plays a vital role in creating a seamless and immersive worship experience for our congregation every Sunday.
